For newly built chalets, De Bergjes uses fixed base prices per construction model. The final total price depends on the selected options, the chosen layout and any additional features you want to add to the chalet. The permit requirements for building a chalet in holiday parks vary by municipality and by park. In many cases, placing a chalet falls within the existing zoning plan, but additional rules may apply regarding dimensions, positioning or appearance. Each holiday park has its own conditions and guidelines, and usually the park itself knows exactly which regulations apply to the location where you want to place your chalet. Mobile home construction, how does this work?
Each customised mobile home is based on one of our basic models. After choosing one of the basic models, we fully personalise your dream mobile home. Together with one of our designers, your wishes will be mapped out and together we will look for the right layout. You can determine your own atmosphere concept through an extensive choice of colour, structure and material solutions. With old-fashioned sketches and detailed 2D and 3D drawings, we present your design step by step. When the important choices have been made, the drawings of your mobile home have been extensively discussed and you are satisfied with the design, the construction plan of the mobile home is transferred to our mobile home factory. Once the construction of your mobile home has been completed, we also provide full supervision of the transport, placement and adjustment of your mobile home.
