Hello, we are very satisfied with your service, starting with the advice we received at your site in Heibloem; your staff member answered our 100 questions very patiently and professionally. At the sales office, we then discussed the delivery date, and you promptly arranged a phone call with the owner of the campsite where the mobile home is to be placed, during which everything was clarified. The delivery went very smoothly; the staff who brought the mobile home left us thoroughly impressed. The path leading to the spot where the mobile home was to be placed is incredibly narrow – we couldn’t have imagined getting the mobile home through there. Your two staff members saw no problem with this and calmly carried out this truly precision work, ensuring our mobile home is positioned exactly as we wanted. Once the mobile home was in place, we were given a very detailed briefing on which connections we need, how best to winterise it, and an explanation of the kitchen appliances and the heating. The mobile home was then checked over once more, and we were handed the key. We are sending you a few photos of the delivery.
