The planning and transport were perfectly coordinated, and during construction we were kept informed about every step, ensuring complete transparency. When we had a problem with the vinyl flooring after a year, a suitable solution was quickly found together with us. When we had a technical problem with the shower drain later on, we were again warmly welcomed and helped immediately.
