Family Burgers

At the end of 2021, we ordered a new chalet from Bergjes to be built on our own property. It was built exactly one year later (2022) and was finally delivered in January 2023. Everything is now (mid-early March) finished, especially the garden work, etc. The chalet had to be dug in, which ultimately (digging and then finishing around it) was quite a job, and we certainly misjudged the costs. After the decision-making process in 2021 regarding the dimensions of the chalet (layout), the exterior colour schemes, etc., we spent a full day at De Bergjes discussing the interior (kitchen, bathroom, curtains, lighting, etc.). It was an enjoyable meeting that only added to the pleasure of the purchase. We saw that 1. everything was going well in terms of planning and 2. the picture of how everything would look was becoming clearer and clearer. After delivery, which was an experience in itself, the finishing touches were added in the weeks that followed. No question was too much, which is very pleasant, because service is very important. In that sense, the level of service was high from start to finish, which is not always the norm these days! In short, satisfied customers!
