Last summer, we bought a new chalet from De Bergjes in Heibloem. There was a huge choice; we’re therefore delighted that we received such excellent help in selecting a model that suited our needs. We really appreciated the warm welcome, complete with Limburg vlaai. Our chalet had to be transported to Luxembourg: De Bergjes has experience in this area and took excellent care of everything for us. We were standing by the side of the road as the convoy drove through the dark streets of Luxembourg, escorted by the police and transport marshals. At the end of July, the chalet was expertly installed using a 160-tonne crane. It was quite a spectacle, with half the campsite turning out to watch, but everything ended up exactly where we’d chosen. There was some temporary confusion about who would handle the on-site connections, but fortunately that was sorted out within a few days. We are therefore very satisfied with the chalet and the way in which De Bergjes guided us through the process.
