A pleasant purchasing process with personal attention and excellent service

Overall, our experience with the purchase of the chalet was very positive. We were excellently guided by Mark, who explained everything calmly and clearly. He took the time for us and answered all our questions thoroughly, which gave us a reassuring and trustworthy feeling.

The chalet offers us a great deal of living comfort, and we truly enjoy the space we have. In hindsight, we might have chosen a slightly different layout, such as an L-shaped design for some extra space, but this is separate from the purchasing process itself.

The placement of the chalet was carried out with great care. Minor issues that arose later, such as additional support blocks and a damaged exterior panel, were neatly addressed and resolved. This gave us the feeling that there was genuine consideration for our needs.

We are also very satisfied with the service and aftercare. All the points we communicated were resolved to our satisfaction. Occasionally, an extra visit was required, but in the end everything was well taken care of.

Finally, we had a cat enclosure installed for our cat, which we are very happy with—a wonderful addition to our chalet!
