In 2023, we had a beautiful new custom-built chalet installed, and the entire process was a very positive experience for us. Much of this success is thanks to the excellent contact we had with Daniëlle in Heibloem. Thanks to her clear communication, quick responses and personal guidance, the entire process felt smooth and well organised. During our conversation with Daniëlle, we were able to discuss all the options in detail, with our location already in mind. Because the chalet could be fully customised, we got exactly what we were looking for. Daniëlle gave us clear advice and really took the time to guide us in making choices. This personal contact not only made the entire process clear, but also much less stressful than we had expected.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the materials used. The storage room, for example, is extremely practical and exactly what we wanted. We look back on a very pleasant experience at De Bergjes. The contact with Daniëlle really made the difference; her commitment and professionalism gave us confidence and ensured that we could take this big step with a good feeling.
