Our experience with De Bergjes was exceptionally pleasant from start to finish. From the very first contact, we received excellent guidance from Hans van den Bogaard. Hans took all the time we needed, remained calm, and gave us the space to carefully think about our decision. When we had some trouble understanding the language, he immediately called in his colleague Melvin to assist us. This made us feel comfortable right away.
The entire purchasing process felt almost like meeting with friends — a warm and respectful experience we will not soon forget.

We had already marked the chalet as a favorite online because of its beautiful layout, perfect size, and stylish interior. In the end, the price was the deciding factor. Once on-site, we were pleasantly surprised by the actual size of the chalet; online photos never quite do it justice.

Everything was explained to us in a professional and friendly manner. We had written down our questions beforehand, and each one was answered to our full satisfaction. This gave us great confidence throughout the selection process.

What also stood out to us — and what we truly appreciated — was the atmosphere and approach of the staff.
After more than 20 years working in customer service, I can immediately recognize good service. At De Bergjes, the contact with customers is genuine, friendly, and empathetic. You can tell that the employees enjoy their work, and that feeling carries over to the customer. As long as the company maintains this wonderful working atmosphere, it will remain successful for many years to come.
