After an extensive search for mobile homes, tiny houses and chalets both at home and abroad, we ultimately made a conscious decision to choose De Bergjes. Other providers were unable to convince us in terms of either value for money or reliability. The combination of craftsmanship, many years of experience, and locations in both the Netherlands and Germany gave us the confidence we were looking for.

The quality of the chalet was particularly important to us, as we intend to use it all year round, including during winter. This expectation was fully met. The chalet is excellently insulated and retains heat for a long time even at temperatures below freezing, ensuring that energy consumption remains low during the colder months.

Throughout the entire project, we found the communication with De Bergjes very pleasant. All departments were friendly, committed and solution-oriented. Our contact person took plenty of time to advise us competently and honestly, clearly explaining the advantages and disadvantages of the different models.

The service also deserves high praise. Despite transport damage caused by an unforeseen situation along the way, this was resolved quickly, professionally and entirely to our satisfaction. Warranty claims were handled fairly and reliably. The craftsman worked with great care and precision, showing a visible passion for his profession.

The delivery of the chalet to our location near the North Sea was equally impressive. Maneuvering through narrow access roads and seemingly impossible turns was carried out with great skill.

By now, we feel completely at home and comfortable in our chalet. For us, it is a fully equipped holiday home and a wonderful place to live and relax – together with our three dogs. We look back on our experience with De Bergjes with great satisfaction and can wholeheartedly recommend the company.
