We were very well guided by Melanie throughout the purchase process. She couldn’t always answer our technical questions right away, but she immediately involved a technician when needed – very pleasant and clear. The delivery and placement of our chalet were exciting to watch, especially the moment it came off the trailer. Thanks to the reinforced concrete floor and the tractor manoeuvring, everything went surprisingly quickly and smoothly. The final adjustments were also carried out professionally. What we found particularly special was that our wishes were truly listened to. We were always treated kindly, and the wide range – from standard to luxury versions – made the experience even better. Although there were some disagreements and minor issues at first, the service is now excellent. We notice that they really think along with us and that problems are resolved professionally. We are now fully enjoying our chalet at the De Somerense Vennen campsite, overlooking the meadow. Recently, the cladding of the garden shed was replaced after it became warped due to our own actions. Sven and Michel repaired it expertly. We would definitely recommend De Bergjes to others.
