Our purchasing process began at the branch in Kamperland, where we were kindly and professionally assisted by two knowledgeable employees. During the delivery inspection, it became clear that there had been a misunderstanding about the chalet we were supposed to receive. Since the transport and placement were scheduled just three days later, quick action was required. Thanks to the solution-oriented thinking of the sales team – together with us as buyers – we were able to select a suitable chalet on-site, allowing the delivery to proceed according to schedule.

The placement day itself was one with rain, cold, and strong winds, but despite this, the chalet was positioned perfectly. The cooperation between the De Bergjes team and the skilled crane operator from Mol Zierikzee truly made the difference.

What surprised us most was how quickly and smoothly the misunderstanding was resolved. It gave us a great deal of confidence.
