Dear team at De Bergjes! When we first visited Heibloem a year ago, we knew straight away: “This is the right place for us!!” We received such lovely advice from San Peters! Even though we weren’t ready to buy just yet, she took the time to help us. Until we finally found our dream caravan. Then came the day of delivery. We’ve never experienced anything quite like it. From 8.30 am until 6.00 pm, the two members of the installation team (Michael and Dave) did a brilliant job. With the patience of saints, they transported our mobile home to our plot and positioned it there. They were always in good spirits, despite the weather not always being ideal. And after all those hours, they even took the time to explain everything we needed to know to ensure we’ll enjoy our mobile home for many years to come. That’s simply brilliant!! (Thanks again, you two!!) If anyone ever wants to buy a mobile home, we’ll say with all our hearts: “Go to De Bergjes – you’ll be in good hands there. There’s nothing better!!’ Even now that we have the mobile home, we’ll be using De Bergjes’ customer service regularly to have everything checked. That way, we’ll be able to continue enjoying De Bergjes’ service in the future too.
